Marta Systems

Marta Systems is featuring its next generation "Yosemite" meteorological software suit representing over 20 years of applied weather technology.

Yosemite is compatible with ILEX acquired DCP data and can display multiple layers of weather data (radar, satellite imagery, surface and upper air observations, ship and aircraft tracks, gridded data, etc.) simultaneously.

Yosemite utilizes 32-bit true color to provide smooth color shading with transparency control over each weather data layer. Individual data layers can be easily toggled on and off over built-in true color backgrounds, and the powerful built-in GIS database will allow any combination of elements to be overlaid.

Local and remotely accessed weather data is acquired and integrated in a familiar browser like interface enabling users to analyze and visualize past, present and forecast weather. User defined custom weather products can be saved as a favorite, and will update automatically upon arrival of new data.

Powerful gridded data decoders can handle the new GRIB-2 format and process your own WRF model data. Built-in authoring tools can automatically generate and export interactive web-ready graphics to your own website.

Marta's Yosemite suite is based on Windows-2000/XP and is compatible with our SKYTAP Weather Data Service, NOAA-Port systems, and customer supplied local and remote sensor data including DCP, ASOS, RAWS, and Davis Instrument packages.

Our multi-channel NOAA-Port systems acquire alphanumerics, gridded model data, satellite imagery and support Nexrad regional, national, and winter storm mosaic product generation, automatic web export and fusion product generation, and are used at U.S. Air Force, Army Corps of Engineers, and private industry facilities.
